My life is my testimony to all things are possible.

I have overcome trauma, abuse, neglect, betrayal; slaying inner demons, healing my deepest wounds, and cultivating a close and personal relationship with God/Source/Universe/Divine. And I did that while also being a single mother for the last 13 years.

I believe we are limitless beings who are held back only by our beliefs and unwillingness to take a chance on ourselves.

I have lived many lives in my 50+ years on this earth and I’m not even close to being done yet!

My faith in Source and my belief in myself has helped me create a life where I get to live on my terms, doing what I’m passionate about and having fun in the process.

I believe in beauty and energy and love and kindness. I also believe in strong boundaries, tough love, and taking no sh*t. So don’t mistake my kindness for weakness!

I’ve learned this much - follow your bliss. Learn to trust yourself and question everything you’ve been taught.

You were not meant to be silent. You are not powerless. You do not have to be a victim to your circumstances. What you have to say matters and I bet, if I walked up to you with microphone you would have something to say. A truth you’ve held back, a rage that’s been stuffed down, a desperate cry to be seen and heard and BELEIVED! Because, me too.

I believe authentic self expression is the new wealth.

Whether that’s creating a beautiful space to live in, a beautiful wardrobe to wear, a new hairstyle, or you finding your voice and unapologetically using it to take back your power, do it! Express yourself - your true self. The world is waiting for you.

I’m here, I’m being loud. I’m being true to myself and I’m giving women everywhere permission to do the same. Not that you need permission but if you did, well there it is. Ladies, our time is now. 20 years ago, when I found the courage to leave my marriage, I received the call for my life. God called me to be a speaker. He gave me the purpose and mission for my life. It didn’t make sense to me then, but my life had a direction and I simply had to say yes to everything that went in the direction of that call, no matter how small it seemed. One day I knew it would make sense. And today, 20 years later, I stand before you, a speaker, a story teller, a change maker, a way shower, a shaman, an alchemist, a mother, a daughter, a sourcer-er, a goddess. All things. Just like you.
